Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment preferred
- knowledge of bar operations and beverage service

- understanding of responsible alcohol service regulations
Job Duties
- plays a key part in delivering excellent drink service that complements food and entertainment, keeping bartender and supervisor informed about low stock, spills or equipment issues, replenishing bar supplies and preparing garnishes, maintaining positive and helpful attitude while supporting bartenders, assisting with guest inquiries and ensuring cleanliness of bar area, retrieving ingredients and glassware efficiently, collecting empty glassware and tidying bar area, reporting guest issues to bartender or manager, adhering to responsible alcohol service policies, stocking and organizing bar supplies, assisting with inventory counts, checking and replenishing supplies before during and after service, maintaining cleanliness and organization of bar areas, providing assistance to team members, fostering positive working relationships, meeting legal age requirements for serving alcohol
