Job Requirements
- Must meet the minimum legal age requirement for serving or handling alcoholic beverages
- be approachable and maintain a friendly and courteous manner during peak hours
- be available to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
- thrive in a lively, fast-paced environment with moderate to high noise levels
- be able to understand and communicate instructions effectively
- be physically capable of lifting items weighing up to 30 pounds
- able to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, and wipe surfaces throughout shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a food and beverage or hospitality environment preferred but not required
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and guests
- familiarity with health and safety regulations related to alcohol service
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Duties
- Plays a key part in delivering excellent drink service that complements food and entertainment
- keeps the Bartender and immediate supervisor informed about low stock levels, spills, or equipment malfunctions
- provides efficient assistance by replenishing bar supplies, preparing garnishes, and maintaining ice levels
- maintains a positive and helpful attitude while supporting bartenders and anticipating their needs
- assists with guest inquiries by relaying information to bartenders and ensuring the bar area is clean and well-organized
- supports bartenders by retrieving ingredients, glassware, and other necessary items
- ensures empty glassware is collected and the bar area remains tidy throughout service
