Job Requirements
- Must meet the minimum legal age requirement for serving or handling alcoholic beverages as per local regulations
- Able to lift and carry items such as beverage cases, ice containers, and bus tubs weighing up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand or walk for the entire duration of scheduled shifts
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, lift, and wipe down surfaces frequently
- Must be approachable and maintain a friendly and courteous manner during peak hours
- Must be available for flexible shifts including days, evenings, and/or weekends
- Able to thrive in a lively, fast-paced environment with moderate to high noise levels
Job Qualifications
- Able to understand and effectively communicate instructions and information
- Positive and friendly attitude with good interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment is preferred but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, noisy, and dynamic environment
- Basic knowledge of responsible alcohol service and safety regulations
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends
Job Duties
- Plays a key part in delivering excellent drink service that complements our food and entertainment, contributing to a fun and exciting atmosphere for our guests
- Keeps the bartender and immediate supervisor informed about any low stock levels, spills, or equipment malfunctions, taking immediate action or suggesting solutions
- Provides efficient assistance by promptly replenishing bar supplies, preparing garnishes, and ensuring ice levels are maintained, helping to minimize guest wait times
- Maintains a positive and helpful attitude while supporting the bartenders and anticipating their needs during busy periods
- Assists with guest inquiries by relaying information to the bartender and ensuring the bar area is clean and well-organized for a positive guest experience
- Supports the bartender by quickly and efficiently retrieving ingredients, glassware, and other necessary items
- Ensures that empty glassware is collected and the bar area remains tidy throughout service
