Job Requirements

Meet minimum legal age requirement for serving or handling alcoholic beverages as per local regulations
be approachable and able to maintain a friendly and courteous manner even during peak hours
be available to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
thrive in a lively, fast-paced environment with moderate to high noise levels
be able to understand and effectively communicate instructions and information
be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds
be able to stand or walk for the entire duration of scheduled shifts
frequently reach, bend, stoop, lift, and wipe surfaces to maintain a clean and well-stocked bar

Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
be able to work effectively in a team environment
possess basic knowledge of responsible alcohol service

Job Duties

Play a key part in delivering excellent drink service that complements food and entertainment, contribute to a fun and exciting atmosphere for guests
keep the bartender and immediate supervisor informed about low stock levels, spills, or equipment malfunctions, take immediate action or suggest solutions
provide efficient assistance by replenishing bar supplies, preparing garnishes, and ensuring ice levels are maintained
maintain a positive and helpful attitude while supporting bartenders and anticipating their needs during busy periods
assist with guest inquiries by relaying information to the bartender and ensuring the bar area is clean and well-organized
support the bartender by retrieving ingredients, glassware, and other necessary items efficiently
collect empty glassware and keep the bar area tidy throughout service
