Job Requirements
- be approachable and able to maintain a friendly and courteous manner even during peak hours
- be available to work flexible shifts including days evenings and or weekends as required
- thrive in a lively fast-paced environment with a moderate to high noise level
- be able to understand and effectively communicate instructions and information
- be able to lift and carry items such as beverage cases ice containers and bus tubs weighing up to 30 pounds
- move efficiently within the bar area and stand for extended periods of time
- be able to walk or stand for the entire duration of scheduled shift
- frequently reach bend stoop lift and wipe down surfaces to maintain a clean and well-stocked bar
Job Qualifications
- must meet the minimum legal age requirement for serving or handling alcoholic beverages as per local regulations
- ability to maintain a friendly courteous manner even during peak hours
- ability to communicate instructions and information effectively
- skill in teamwork and supporting bar staff
- experience in fast-paced hospitality or bar environment preferred
Job Duties
- play a key part in delivering excellent drink service that complements food and entertainment contributing to a fun and exciting atmosphere for guests
- keep the bartender and supervisor informed about low stock levels spills or equipment malfunctions taking immediate action or suggesting solutions
- promptly replenish bar supplies prepare garnishes and ensure ice levels are maintained helping to minimize guest wait times
- maintain a positive and helpful attitude while supporting bartenders and anticipating their needs during busy periods
- assist with guest inquiries by relaying information to bartenders and ensuring the bar area is clean and well-organized
- support bartenders by quickly and efficiently retrieving ingredients glassware and other necessary items
- collect empty glassware and keep the bar area tidy throughout service
