Job Requirements
- Be approachable and maintain a friendly and courteous manner, be available to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends, thrive in a lively, fast-paced environment with a moderate to high noise level, understand and effectively communicate instructions and information, be able to lift and carry items up to 30 pounds, move efficiently within the bar area and stand for extended periods, be able to walk or stand for the entire duration of scheduled shift, frequently reach, bend, stoop, lift, and wipe down surfaces, meet the minimum legal age requirement for alcohol service as per local laws

Job Duties
- Play a key part in delivering excellent drink service that complements food and entertainment, keep bartender and supervisor informed about low stock levels, spills, or equipment malfunctions, provide efficient assistance by replenishing bar supplies, preparing garnishes, and maintaining ice levels, maintain a positive and helpful attitude while supporting bartenders and anticipating needs, assist with guest inquiries and ensure bar area is clean and well-organized, support bartender by retrieving ingredients, glassware, and necessary items, ensure empty glassware is collected and bar area remains tidy, inform bartender or manager of any guest issues or concerns, adhere to company policies regarding responsible alcohol service and safety regulations, stock and organize bar-related supplies including liquor, beer, wine, mixers, glassware, and garnishes, assist with periodic inventory counts of bar stock, check and replenish bar supplies before, during, and after service, maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area including counters, shelves, refrigerators, and storage areas, provide assistance to other team members as needed, maintain positive working relationships with team members to foster a productive environment, meet the minimum legal age requirement for serving or handling alcoholic beverages
