Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced, high noise environment

- ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- understanding of responsible alcohol service

Job Duties
- Play a key part in delivering excellent drink service that complements food and entertainment, keep bartenders and supervisors informed about stock levels and equipment issues, promptly replenish bar supplies and prepare garnishes, maintain positive and helpful attitude supporting bartenders during busy periods, assist with guest inquiries and maintain cleanliness in the bar area, retrieve ingredients and glassware efficiently, collect empty glassware and ensure bar area tidiness, inform manager of guest issues or concerns, adhere to company policies on responsible alcohol service, stock and organize bar supplies including liquor and mixers, assist with inventory counts, check and replenish supplies before and after service, maintain cleanliness of counters and storage areas, assist other team members to ensure efficient operations, maintain positive working relationships with team members, meet minimum legal age for handling alcohol
