Job Requirements

- Prior experience in hospitality or bar assistance
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good communication skills

- Basic knowledge of cocktail and beverage preparation

Job Duties
- Prepare bar recipes in line with brand specifications and anticipated volume
- Ensure ice-cold mugs are always ready by following proper rotation procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of balones and related equipment to prevent buildup
- Support bartenders by facilitating a smooth service flow to guests and cocktail servers
- Keep bar top and floors clean, promptly removing used glassware
- Assist in clearing and cleaning tables in lounge areas during server absence
- Uphold health and safety standards by maintaining a clean work environment
