- minimum legal age requirement for serving or handling alcoholic beverages as per local regulations
- ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- availability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
- ability to perform physical activities such as reaching, bending, stooping, and wiping down surfaces
- capacity to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
- approachable and friendly manner

- adherence to company policies and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment preferred
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well in a team
- basic knowledge of responsible alcohol service
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure
Job Duties
- plays a key part in delivering excellent drink service that complements food and entertainment, contributing to a fun and exciting atmosphere for guests
- keeps the bartender and immediate supervisor informed about low stock levels, spills, or equipment malfunctions, taking immediate action or suggesting solutions
- provides efficient assistance by promptly replenishing bar supplies, preparing garnishes, and ensuring ice levels are maintained, helping to minimize guest wait times
- maintains a positive and helpful attitude while supporting the bartenders and anticipating their needs during busy periods
- assists with guest inquiries by relaying information to the bartender and ensuring the bar area is clean and well-organized for a positive guest experience
- supports the bartender by quickly and efficiently retrieving ingredients, glassware, and necessary items
- ensures empty glassware is collected and the bar area remains tidy throughout service
