Job Requirements
- Meet minimum legal age requirements for serving or handling alcohol
- Be approachable and maintain friendly, courteous manner during peak hours
- Be available to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
- Thrive in a fast-paced, noisy environment
- Understand and effectively communicate instructions
- Lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds
- Move efficiently in bar area and stand for extended periods
- Frequently reach, bend, stoop, lift, and clean surfaces
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of responsible alcohol service and safety standards
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
Job Duties
- Deliver excellent drink service that complements food and entertainment
- Keep Bartender and supervisor informed about low stock, spills, or equipment issues
- Replenish bar supplies, prepare garnishes, maintain ice levels
- Maintain a positive attitude and anticipate Bartenders needs
- Assist with Guest inquiries and ensure bar area cleanliness
- Retrieve ingredients, glassware, and necessary items promptly
- Collect empty glassware and keep bar tidy
- Inform Bartender or Manager of Guest issues
- Adhere to company policies for responsible alcohol service and safety
- Stock and organize bar supplies including liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and garnishes
- Assist with inventory counting
- Check and replenish bar supplies before, during, and after service
- Maintain cleanliness of bar counters, shelves, refrigerators, and storage areas
- Support team members for efficient operations
- Maintain positive relationships with team members
- Meet minimum legal age for alcohol service or handling
