Job Requirements
- Meet minimum legal age requirement for alcohol service, Be available to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends, Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, Capability to stand and walk for entire shifts, Be approachable with a friendly and courteous manner, Thrive in environments with moderate to high noise, Ability to understand and communicate instructions effectively, Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, lifting, and wiping surfaces
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, Previous experience in a hospitality or bar support role preferred, Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, Knowledge of bar safety and responsible alcohol service policies, Positive team-oriented attitude, Basic organizational skills and attention to detail
Job Duties
- Play a key part in delivering excellent drink service that complements food and entertainment, Keep bartender and supervisor informed about low stock levels, spills, or equipment malfunctions, Provide efficient assistance by replenishing bar supplies, preparing garnishes, and maintaining ice levels, Maintain a positive attitude while supporting bartenders and anticipating their needs, Assist with guest inquiries by relaying information and ensuring bar cleanliness, Support bartenders by retrieving ingredients, glassware, and other necessary items
