- Ability to meet physical and scheduling demands of the position including walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods and working nights, weekends, and holidays
- Compliance with all local, state, and federal liquor laws

- Some knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and food
- Strong problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet physical and scheduling demands including working nights, weekends, and holidays
- Compliance with all local, state, and federal liquor laws
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in high volume establishments preferred
- Alcohol Server Certification preferred
- Food Handler’s Permit preferred
Job Duties
- Handle multiple tasks in an efficient manner
- Clean and clear tables
- Assist with opening and closing duties such as preparing ingredients and restocking items
- Pursue knowledge of all food and beverages offered on-site
- Check identification to ensure guests are the proper age to purchase alcoholic beverages
- Stand with, walk with, and carry heavy trays of food and drinks
- Ensure the bar is well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine, beer, and other necessary items for service
- Check taps and appliances to confirm proper working condition, make minor repairs or change out kegs as needed
- Keep the bar clean by wiping down surfaces, sweeping and mopping, removing soiled glassware, scrubbing coolers and storage areas, and emptying trash receptacles
- Actively learn menu items, cocktail recipes, and production techniques
- Maintain records and report levels of usage to assist in reordering and proper storage
