Job Duties

  • Oversee daily food and beverage preparation ensuring compliance with health, legal, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns with professionalism
  • Assist with inventory management, supply ordering, and cost awareness
  • Support staff training, scheduling, and performance expectations
  • Conduct routine checks to ensure equipment and operations are functioning efficiently
  • Maintain accurate cash handling and ensure adherence to airport and regulatory guidelines
