Job Duties
- Oversee daily bar and lounge operations from open to close
- Command the floor and set the pace to ensure brand standards
- Build genuine relationships with guests and anticipate VIP needs
- Coach, mentor, and energize the front-of-house team
- Manage reservations, seating strategy, and service pacing
- Maintain a pristine, polished atmosphere matching the upscale vibe
- Oversee food and beverage purchasing and inventory controls
