Job Duties
- Master the art of crafting a tailored experience for each guest, anticipating their preferences and exceeding expectations
- Present and explain our diverse food and beverage offerings with confidence, focusing on seamless service within both the dining and bar sections of the restaurant
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety and hygiene standards
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest needs and resolving any concerns
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
