Job Duties
- Master the art of crafting a tailored experience for each guest, anticipating their preferences and exceeding expectations
- Present and explain our diverse food and beverage offerings with confidence, focusing on seamless service within both the dining and bar sections of the restaurant
- Take customer orders and provide prompt, friendly service of food and beverages
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle guest concerns or requests with professionalism to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during service hours
- Assist in restocking and setting up service areas as needed
