Job Duties
- Master the art of crafting a tailored experience for each guest, anticipating their preferences and exceeding expectations
- present and explain our diverse food and beverage offerings with confidence, focusing on seamless service within both the dining and bar sections of the restaurant
- take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all special requests and dietary restrictions are noted
- serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor
- provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs, resolving issues, and ensuring a fun and safe dining experience
- assist with maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including tables and service areas
- collaborate with team members and management to deliver an outstanding guest experience
