Job Duties
- Master the art of crafting a tailored experience for each guest, anticipating their preferences and exceeding expectations
- Present and explain our diverse food and beverage offerings with confidence, focusing on seamless service within both the dining and bar sections of the restaurant
- Take customer orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by following health and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Uphold a fun and safe dining experience by complying with all company standards and policies
