Job Duties
- Master the art of crafting a tailored experience for each guest, anticipating their preferences and exceeding expectations
- Present and explain our diverse food and beverage offerings with confidence, focusing on seamless service within both the dining and bar sections of the restaurant
- Take customer orders accurately and relay them effectively to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and support a positive work environment
