Job Qualifications
- Must meet the minimum legal age for serving alcoholic beverages in accordance with applicable laws
- Possess an innate ability to create memorable moments, coupled with outstanding time management, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional guest service abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Previous experience in food service or bartending is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Master the art of crafting a tailored experience for each guest, anticipating their preferences and exceeding expectations
- Present and explain our diverse food and beverage offerings with confidence, focusing on seamless service within both the dining and bar sections of the restaurant
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests and dietary needs are communicated clearly to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and bar areas to meet health and safety standards
- Assist in creating a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts
