Job Qualifications
- Must meet the minimum legal age for serving alcoholic beverages in accordance with applicable laws
- Possess outstanding guest service abilities and exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrate strong time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous food service or bartending experience is a plus but not required
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Knowledge of food and drink menus is preferred
Job Duties
- Master the art of crafting a tailored experience for each guest, anticipating their preferences and exceeding expectations
- Present and explain our diverse food and beverage offerings with confidence, focusing on seamless service within both the dining and bar sections of the restaurant
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages promptly and with attention to detail
- Provide excellent customer service ensuring guest satisfaction and a fun, safe dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service
