Job Duties
- Master the art of crafting a tailored experience for each guest, anticipating their preferences and exceeding expectations
- Present and explain diverse food and beverage offerings with confidence, focusing on seamless service within both dining and bar sections
- Take accurate customer orders and serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas
- Provide excellent customer service ensuring a fun and safe dining experience
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to fulfill orders efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction
