Job Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods and walk up and down stairs
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
  • Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners
  • Visual acuity and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare checks

Job Qualifications

  • Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, reach and lift up to 35 pounds
  • Good visual acuity and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare checks

Job Duties

  • Attend pre-shift briefing, taking note of important service information
  • Collaborate with chef, kitchen team members, and servers to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food
  • Assist with the presentation of courses
  • Complete any required table-side service including taking and delivering orders and explaining the menu to guests
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparations
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including removing dirty dishes, silverware, and empty glasses from guest tables between courses and after guests depart
  • Reset tables once guests leave according to floor plan or instructions from management
