Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years experience in concessions or bar management
- ServSafe certification
- TABC certification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage operations including purchasing
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of Associate's Degree preferred
- Two to four years concession and bar management experience
- Comprehensive food and wine knowledge including food and wine pairings
- Operations management experience with purchasing knowledge
- Excellent communication and computer skills including MS Office products
- ServSafe and TABC Certification required
Job Duties
- Oversee the planning, preparation, and execution of each service
- Communicate daily expectations for each service to team members
- Assist with event preparation, including setup coordination and opening procedures
- Ensure concession stations adhere to company policies and sanitation protocols
- Achieve sales goals as outlined in the client's contract and guidelines
- Implement brand strategies and enhance show quality according to company standards
- Maintain excellent relationships with employees, guests, clients, and other departments
