Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years experience in concessions or bar management
  • ServSafe certification
  • TABC certification
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage operations including purchasing
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of Associate's Degree preferred
  • Two to four years concession and bar management experience
  • Comprehensive food and wine knowledge including food and wine pairings
  • Operations management experience with purchasing knowledge
  • Excellent communication and computer skills including MS Office products
  • ServSafe and TABC Certification required

Job Duties

  • Oversee the planning, preparation, and execution of each service
  • Communicate daily expectations for each service to team members
  • Assist with event preparation, including setup coordination and opening procedures
  • Ensure concession stations adhere to company policies and sanitation protocols
  • Achieve sales goals as outlined in the client's contract and guidelines
  • Implement brand strategies and enhance show quality according to company standards
  • Maintain excellent relationships with employees, guests, clients, and other departments
