Job Requirements

  • Minimum of associate's degree preferred
  • Two to four years of concession and bar management experience required
  • ServSafe and TABC certification required
  • Excellent communication and computer skills required
  • Operations management experience with purchasing knowledge required
  • Ability to manage and lead teams effectively
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including events and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree preferred

  • Comprehensive food and wine knowledge including food and wine pairings
  • Operations management experience with purchasing knowledge
  • Excellent communication and computer skills including MS Office
  • ServSafe certification
  • TABC certification

Job Duties

  • Oversee the planning, preparation, and execution of each service
  • Communicate daily expectations for each service to team members
  • Assist with event preparation, including setup coordination and opening procedures
  • Ensure concession stations adhere to company policies and sanitation protocols
  • Achieve sales goals as outlined in the client’s contract and guidelines
  • Implement brand strategies and enhance show quality according to company standards
  • Maintain excellent relationships with employees, guests, clients, and other departments
