Job Requirements
- Minimum of associate's degree preferred
- Two to four years of concession and bar management experience required
- ServSafe and TABC certification required
- Excellent communication and computer skills required
- Operations management experience with purchasing knowledge required
- Ability to manage and lead teams effectively
- Willingness to work flexible hours including events and weekends

Job Duties
- Oversee the planning, preparation, and execution of each service
- Communicate daily expectations for each service to team members
- Assist with event preparation, including setup coordination and opening procedures
- Ensure concession stations adhere to company policies and sanitation protocols
- Achieve sales goals as outlined in the client’s contract and guidelines
- Implement brand strategies and enhance show quality according to company standards
- Maintain excellent relationships with employees, guests, clients, and other departments
