Job Duties
- Set-up and breakdown concession stands with food, beverage, and bar inventory before and after shifts
- Provide friendly, prompt, and courteous customer service to all patrons
- Sell food, non-alcoholic, and alcoholic beverages accurately and handle cash and credit card transactions using a POS system
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing concession and bar inventory and monitor stock levels
- Adhere to all state and local laws regarding alcohol service, including checking IDs and refusing service to intoxicated individuals
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines for preparation, storage, and serving of concession items
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting concession and bar area throughout the shift
- Assist in other facility operations as needed to ensure smooth event execution
