Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- One year of customer service experience required
- At least two years of experience in concessions software required
- Must have two years of experience in food and beverage
- Must have attention to detail
- Must have good oral and written communication skills
- Must have ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
- Must have strong customer service skills
- Must be able to adapt to changes in the work environment
- Must have strong interpersonal skills
- Must have good organizational skills
- Must have basic working knowledge of cash register and cash handling procedures
- Must be compliant with health code

Job Duties
- Assist in setting up and maintaining bar and concession products, displays and equipment
- Assist vendors and NPOs with set-up and assignments per event
- Conduct pre-shift meetings with scheduled personnel and ensure proper location assignments and training per shift
- Settle bar and concessions event paperwork per event
- Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving
- Ensure all POS systems in the bar/stand are in proper working condition
- Accurately review final product before serving to customer
- Ensure health codes and liquor laws are followed
- Maintain safe working conditions and sanitary work area
- Maintain accurate payment procedures at all times
- Preps food and beverage in bar/stand prior to event beginning
- Ensure the proper dismantling, cleaning and storage of all product and equipment post-event
- Assist supervisor with inventory stand sheets and sales reports
- May be required to assist with banquet planning and service as needed
- Perform related duties as assigned by Management
