Job Duties
- Prepare and batch house beverages including sangria and spritz selections during designated prep time
- Provide bartending service focused on wine, sangria, and spritz offerings
- Operate POS system to process guest orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve gelato using a capsule-style system similar to Nespresso
- Deliver high-quality coffee and espresso beverages as part of barista service
- Serve light bites such as oysters, shrimp, olives, and focaccia with proper presentation and food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, caf, and service areas at all times
- Complete opening and closing duties including setup, breakdown, stocking, and cleaning
- Ensure a positive guest experience through attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly service
