Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in bar service, bar backing, warehouse, or stocking preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic math proficiency
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Professional communication skills
Availability to work irregular and extended shifts including nights, mornings, weekends, and holidays
Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 60 pounds regularly and up to 160 pounds occasionally with assistance
Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment
Ability to adapt to moderate to loud noise levels and a smoke-inclusive environment

Job Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent
Previous bar service, bar backing, warehouse, and/or stocking experience preferred
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Basic math skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and counting whole numbers
Ability to maintain discretion in handling confidential information
Ability to interact professionally with guests and team members
Ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Ensure bars are kept clean and stocked with bottle inventory, glassware, mixers, ice, and cleaning supplies
Assist with bar cleanup during busy periods and perform assigned cleaning tasks at beginning and end of shifts
Empty trash cans as needed
Keep inventory rooms stocked and clean at all times
Maintain complete knowledge of casino beverage service to include beverage selections, specials, promotions, events, and policies
Maintain thorough knowledge of casino and hotel in order to answer guest inquiries and provide directions
Work at other venues as assigned, based on business needs
Perform job duties in full compliance with departmental internal controls, policies, procedures, and regulations
