Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bar service, bar backing, warehouse, and/or stocking experience preferred
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Basic math skills
- Ability to maintain discretion in handling confidential information
- Ability to interact with guests and team members professionally
- Ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 60 pounds regularly and up to 160 pounds occasionally with assistance
- Must wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE) while performing job duties

- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Basic math skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and counting using whole numbers
- Ability to maintain discretion in handling confidential information
- Ability to interact with guests and team members professionally
- Ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to perform job duties including walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, standing, sitting, using hands to handle objects, and lifting up to 60 pounds regularly and up to 160 pounds occasionally with assistance
- Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Job Duties
- Ensure bars are kept clean and stocked with bottle inventory, glassware, mixers, ice, and cleaning supplies
- Assist with bar cleanup during busy periods and perform assigned cleaning tasks at beginning and end of shifts
- Empty trash cans as needed
- Keep inventory rooms stocked and clean at all times
- Maintain complete knowledge of Casino Beverage Service including beverage selections, specials, promotions, events, and policies
- Maintain thorough knowledge of casino and hotel to answer guest inquiries and provide directions
- Work at other venues as assigned based on business needs
- Perform job duties in full compliance with departmental internal controls, policies, procedures, and regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
