  • prior experience in banquet serving or related hospitality role preferred
  • strong people skills

  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • must be physically able to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties

  • take orders from guests and deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately
  • set up banquet rooms according to event specifications
  • attend to guest needs throughout the event with a courteous and professional attitude
  • collaborate with kitchen and event staff to ensure seamless service
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet service areas
  • assist with post-event cleanup and resetting of rooms
  • follow health and safety guidelines at all times
