Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write and execute basic math skills
- Some comparable wait-service experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to be on feet for long periods
- Ability to push, pull or lift up to 30 lbs
- Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective multitasking ability
- Patient and even-tempered demeanor

Job Duties
- Quickly review banquet table setups
- Maintain banquet rooms as required
- Provide outstanding food and beverage service to members and guests
- Respond promptly to service needs
- Keep banquet rooms and service pantry clean and organized
- Adhere to health codes and cleaning procedures
- Complete side work efficiently
