Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in administrative roles preferred
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 10 pounds
  • capacity to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • willingness to follow company policies and safety procedures

Job Duties

  • prepare documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
  • serve as point of contact for clients and vendors
  • act as liaison between Sales Office and clients throughout event processes
  • support administrative needs across departments such as Guest Services, Engineering, Food & Beverage
  • ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
  • maintain professional appearance and communication
  • report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management
