Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in administrative roles preferred
- proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 10 pounds
- capacity to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- prepare documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
- serve as point of contact for clients and vendors
- act as liaison between Sales Office and clients throughout event processes
- support administrative needs across departments such as Guest Services, Engineering, Food & Beverage
- ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- maintain professional appearance and communication
- report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management
