Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in food and beverage supervision or management
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service

  • Previous supervisory or management experience in food and beverage
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments
  • Knowledge of banquet operations and event coordination
  • Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts and weekends

Job Duties

  • Plan and organize the work of the banquet department
  • Control and direct banquet staff to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Coordinate with Food and Beverage and Sales and Catering teams to optimize event success
  • Oversee banquet operations to maintain high standards and efficiency
  • Float between banquet and other food and beverage outlets as needed
  • Assist with training and development of banquet staff
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
