Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in Food and Beverage management
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong customer service orientation
- physical ability to manage event setups
- excellent problem-solving skills
- valid work authorization

- previous supervisory or management experience in Food and Beverage
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams
- knowledge of banquet operations and event management
- experience in luxury hospitality preferred
- commitment to guest satisfaction and quality service
Job Duties
- plan, organize, and direct the work of Banquet Department employees
- ensure guest satisfaction during banquet events
- collaborate with Food & Beverage and Sales & Catering teams to produce exceptional banquet experiences
- float between banquet and other Food & Beverage outlets as needed
- oversee employee performance and provide coaching
- manage banquet event logistics and setup
- maintain high standards of service quality
