Job Requirements
- at least high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3-5 years experience in professional cooking
- ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- valid work authorization in the United States

Job Duties
- run the day-to-day operation of assigned kitchen station
- complete mise en place and set-up station for lunch and/or dinner service
- operate, uphold and properly clean kitchen equipment
- maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
- collaborate with culinary team to deliver high-quality food
- ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- assist in inventory management and stock control
