Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • No related work experience required

Job Duties

  • Complete final breakdown of function by cleaning the room and returning equipment to proper location
  • Complete closing duties including storing reusable goods, locking doors, and breaking down goods
  • Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas
  • Transport dirty linen to cleaning area, separate napkins from tablecloths, and restock linen shelves with clean linens
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the day by practicing clean-as-you-go procedures
  • Assist other departments to ensure optimum service to guests
