Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work evening shifts and weekends
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift, move, and assist with objects up to 75 pounds
- Ability to read and verify information visually
- Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
- Ability to follow company safety and conduct policies

Job Duties
- Complete final dismantling of food service function by cleaning rooms and storing equipment
- Complete closing tasks such as storing reusable items, locking doors, and sorting merchandise
- Organize, stock, and maintain work areas
- Supervise and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of assigned service areas
- Transport soiled linens to laundry area and replenish with clean linens
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the day by constant cleaning procedures
- Assist other departments to ensure optimal guest service
