Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • Ability to move objects over 75 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to grasp and manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills
  • Ability to move over uneven or slippery surfaces
  • Ability to bend, twist, pull, and stoop
  • Ability to follow safety and security policies
  • Willingness to assist other departments
  • No criminal history inconsistent with applicable federal, state, and local law

Job Duties

  • Complete final breakdown of function by cleaning the room and returning equipment to proper location
  • Complete closing duties including storing reusable goods, locking doors, and breaking down goods
  • Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas
  • Transport dirty linen to correct cleaning area, separate napkins from tablecloths, and restock linen shelves
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the day practicing clean-as-you-go
  • Assist other departments to ensure optimum guest service
  • Follow all company safety and security policies
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
  • Support team goals and ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
