Job Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period or entire work shift
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
Ability to move objects weighing more than 75 pounds with assistance
Ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
Ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces and to navigate stairs or service ramps
Ability to reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
Willingness to follow company safety and security policies and procedures
Commitment to maintain professional appearance and confidentiality

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Complete final breakdown of function by cleaning the room and returning equipment to its proper location
Complete closing duties including storing reusable goods, locking doors, and breaking down goods
Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas
Transport dirty linen to correct area, separate napkins from tablecloths, and restock linen shelves with clean linens
Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day by practicing clean-as-you-go procedures
Assist other departments as needed to ensure optimum service to guests
