Job Duties
- complete final breakdown cleaning of the room and cleaning and storing equipment accordingly
- complete closing tasks such as storing reusable goods, locking doors, sorting merchandise
- organize, stock, and maintain work areas
- supervise and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of assigned service areas
- transport soiled linen to designated areas for laundering, separate napkins from linens, and restock clean linen shelves
- maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day through constant cleaning procedures
- assist other departments when necessary to ensure optimal guest service
- comply with all company safety policies and procedures, report maintenance issues, hazards, accidents, or injuries
- complete required safety training and certifications
- maintain professional personal appearance and uniform
- uphold confidentiality of company information and protect company assets
- support coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect
- assist the team in achieving common goals
- meet quality assurance standards
- move, lift, transport, push, drag, and place objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
- assist moving objects over 75 pounds with help
- stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- read and visually verify information in various formats
- manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills and coordination
- reach overhead and below knees, bend, twist, drag, and stoop
- move on inclined, uneven, slippery surfaces and stairways
