Job Duties

  • complete final breakdown cleaning of the room and cleaning and storing equipment accordingly
  • complete closing tasks such as storing reusable goods, locking doors, sorting merchandise
  • organize, stock, and maintain work areas
  • supervise and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of assigned service areas
  • transport soiled linen to designated areas for laundering, separate napkins from linens, and restock clean linen shelves
  • maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day through constant cleaning procedures
  • assist other departments when necessary to ensure optimal guest service
  • comply with all company safety policies and procedures, report maintenance issues, hazards, accidents, or injuries
  • complete required safety training and certifications
  • maintain professional personal appearance and uniform
  • uphold confidentiality of company information and protect company assets
  • support coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect
  • assist the team in achieving common goals
  • meet quality assurance standards
  • move, lift, transport, push, drag, and place objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • assist moving objects over 75 pounds with help
  • stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • read and visually verify information in various formats
  • manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills and coordination
  • reach overhead and below knees, bend, twist, drag, and stoop
  • move on inclined, uneven, slippery surfaces and stairways
  • greet and recognize all guests according to company standards

  • answer phone calls with appropriate etiquette
  • perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisors
