Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- commitment to guest service and teamwork
- basic understanding of kitchen equipment and cleaning procedures
- compliance with health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in food service or hospitality industry a plus
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- familiarity with kitchen safety and sanitation standards
- willingness to learn and attend training sessions
Job Duties
- Wash dishes and kitchen equipment
- maintain kitchen cleanliness
- clean surfaces, floors, equipment and utensils
- assist in prep work
- assist in plate up
- help other food and beverage departments as needed
- comply with Bear Creek and Southern Management's policies and procedures
