Job Duties
- meet with group coordinators or hosts before the reception to discuss arrangements
- read and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information and plan organization
- ensure all special banquet arrangements are met and follow up as necessary
- comply with company safety policies and report any maintenance, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
- maintain professional appearance and uniform standards
- uphold company confidentiality and protect company property
- support coworkers and help achieve team goals
- perform physical tasks such as lifting objects up to 25 pounds, standing or walking for long periods, and maneuvering in confined or slippery spaces
- greet and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- communicate clearly and professionally with guests and coworkers
- perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors
