Job Duties
- Prepare drink orders for guests using specified recipes
- Issue, open, and serve wine and champagne bottles
- Set up and maintain cleanliness of bar and bar equipment
- Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks
- Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- Transport supplies to bar set-up area
- Wash and remove soiled glassware and wares
- Communicate replenishment needs
- Process payments and complete cashier reports
- Secure liquors, beers, wines, and storage areas
- Complete end-of-shift closing duties
- Follow company safety and security policies
- Welcome and acknowledge guests
- Maintain professional appearance
- Develop positive working relationships
- Ensure adherence to quality standards
- Stand and move for extended periods
- Lift and carry supplies up to 50 pounds
- Perform other duties as assigned
