Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 1 year related work experience
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds

- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally

Job Duties
- Prepare drink orders using measuring systems
- Issue, open, and serve wine and champagne bottles
- Set up and maintain cleanliness of bar and tools
- Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks
- Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- Wash soiled glassware
- Process all payment methods
- Count bank at end of shift and complete cashier reports
- Secure liquors, beers, wines, and storage areas
- Complete closing duties
- Follow all company safety policies
- Report accidents and unsafe conditions
- Maintain professional appearance
- Welcome and acknowledge guests
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Develop positive relationships with team members
- Ensure adherence to quality standards
- Stand or move for extended periods
- Lift and manipulate objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested
