Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in barback or hospitality role preferred
- ability to stand and move for extended periods
- ability to lift heavy items such as kegs
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- compliance with local, state, and federal health regulations
- strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in barback or hospitality role preferred
- knowledge of food and beverage handling and safety standards
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- excellent communication skills
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Retrieve orders from storeroom and check stock for accuracy
- prepare the bar by cutting, slicing and peeling garnishes and fruits
- mix and pour juices and store backup supplies properly
- assist bartender in stocking and maintaining supplies including paper products, glassware, ice, and produce
- transport taps and perform routine maintenance on beer kegs
- maintain cleanliness of bar area, beer lockers, refrigerators and storage areas in compliance with regulations
