Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work evenings and weekends
- physical ability to stand, walk, move for entire shift
- capable of lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling up to 50 lbs without assistance
- ability to bend, twist, reach and work on uneven or slippery surfaces
- ability to perform tasks requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination

Job Duties
- Set up and stock the bar area with ice, glassware, paper supplies, condiments, and tools according to setup guidelines
- maintain inventory levels throughout the shift, including restocking beverages, garnishes, and paper goods as needed
- maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar, bar unit, tables, tools, and surrounding areas
- remove soiled wares from bar tops and tables promptly and ensure clean glassware is readily available
- check in with the supervisor before leaving at the end of each shift to ensure all duties are complete
- follow all safety, sanitation, and security procedures
- welcome guests warmly and professionally
- work cooperatively with bartenders, servers, bussers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
- maintain a clean and professional personal appearance and uniform at all times
- protect company assets, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and follow all policies and procedures
- perform other duties as assigned by supervisors to support overall Banquets operation
