Job Requirements
- Must be able to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays
- prior hospitality, bar, or banquet experience preferred but not required
- excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- reliable, professional, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
- must be physically able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs safely and stand or walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Set up banquet bars according to event orders and hotel standards
- restock supplies throughout service, maintaining appropriate inventory levels
- collect and wash glassware
- keep the bar area clean and organized during events
- assist in breakdown and storage of bar equipment and supplies post-event
- report low inventory or maintenance issues promptly to the banquet captain or bartender
- adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- provide support to the banquet service team as needed during large or high-volume events
