Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Open availability
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work in confined or elevated spaces
- Ability to follow safety and security policies
- No supervisory experience required

Job Duties
- Meet group coordinator/host(ess) prior to functions and ensure all arrangements are agreeable
- Read and analyze banquet event order to gather guest information and determine proper set up
- Respond to and fulfill special banquet event arrangements
- Follow all company and safety policies and report accidents or unsafe conditions
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- Communicate professionally with guests and colleagues and answer telephones with appropriate etiquette
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships and support team to reach common goals
