Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • Ability to move and lift heavier objects with assistance
  • Ability to work full-time in a non-management capacity

Job Duties

  • Complete final breakdown of function by cleaning the room
  • Clean and return equipment to its proper location
  • Complete closing duties including storing reusable goods and locking doors
  • Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned stations
  • Transport dirty linen to cleaning area and restock linen shelves
  • Assist other departments to ensure optimum service to guests
  • Follow safety and security policies and report unsafe conditions
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate their needs and thank them
  • Use clear and professional language when communicating
  • Support team to achieve common goals
  • Adhere to quality expectations and standards
  • Perform physical tasks including lifting, moving, and navigating uneven surfaces
